Would you know if your child or loved one is depressed? Or anxious? Have you or anyone you know ever contemplated suicide? Come and view this life-changing documentary, "Breaking Free from Depression".
Knowledge is power. The more parents and teens know about mental health issues, the greater the likelihood they can recognize warning signs and get their loved ones the help they may need.
This event is free and open to the public. It is appropriate for all adults and high school age students.
This program was presented in thepast by the Westford Parent Connection in Westford and received an overwhelmingly positive response.It is being presented in Chelmsford based on the community’s needs.
