Chelmsford Board of Health first flu vaccine clinic will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014 from 4p-7p. Please note that from 4p-5p ages 65 and older will be vaccinated and from 5p-7p everyone ages 6 months and older will be vaccinated. The High Dose flu vaccine will be available.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING ALL INSURANCE CARDS WITH YOU.
