COVID-19 Vaccine Logo

UPDATE March 30, 2021

The Town of Chelmsford has seen approximately a 20% increase in cases within the last 2 weeks. The Town's risk level remains "yellow" or moderate risk. Some of the increase in cases are from social gatherings. The Chelmsford Board of Health encourages continued vigilance in respect to best practices for reducing the spread of COVID-19. Please continue to adhere to the current guidelines for everyone's protection.

* Wear a face covering, except when eating or drinking.

* Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.

* Practice social distancing and maintain six feet of distance from others.

FEELING SICK? STAY HOME!

If you do not feel well, you should stay home. Protect yourself, your neighbors, co-workers and others by exercising an abundance of caution when you have even mild symptoms.

VACCINATION IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR MASKS OR FACE COVERINGS.

The state's mask orders remain in full effect. Masks or face coverings must be worn at all times, even if you are fully vaccinated.

May be an image of ‎one or more people and ‎text that says '‎What should I do after getting vaccinated? ر Even after getting the vaccine it is important to: Wear a mask Keep social distance Wash your hands Avoid large crowds‎'‎‎
