Chelmsford Voters: Did you receive a light blue postcard from the Board of Registrars in the mail recently? If so, that means we did not receive your household’s 2020 Annual Town Census, and you have been placed on the inactive voter list as a result. This card has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FEDERAL CENSUS which many of you completed on-line. You must complete, sign, and return the card so we can restore you to the active voter list. Doing so will make your voting process much smoother and faster in the fall.
