Open burning season for 2020 ended as of April 30, 2020 at 4PM. There is no further open burning allowed at any time in the Town of Chelmsford. The open burning season runs annually from January 15 through April 30.
Open burning permits will be granted next year only through the Town of Chelmsford Online Permitting Portal. Applications will be available next year beginning January 15, 2021.
