HOW THE PARTNERSHIP WORKS Between the Chelmsford Commerce Program & Yiftee
The Chelmsford Commerce program was launched by the Town to support all businesses and industry types. Any business located in Chelmsford can participate, at no cost. It enables any participating business to offer their customers an option to purchase an electronic card (e-card), a gift card.
The Chelmsford Commerce e-Card will be declined at any business outside of Chelmsford or any business not enrolled in the program. This is done through a secure web-link specific for the Chelmsford Commerce eCard program, through the credit card company of Mastercard, and a web-based platform called Yiftee.
Yiftee is a national company. Agreements are created with municipalities, business associations, chambers of commerce, business entities, and more to offer a convenient and free program for participating businesses that would like to offer a gift card program.
