I am a sophomore at the University of Massachusetts Lowell majoring in History, and minoring in Legal Studies. I am a Chelmsford High School alumnus (Class of 2011) and Chelmsford native, so it’s a unique opportunity for me to intern at the Chelmsford Town Clerk’s Office! I love working on historical research projects, buried in the old records and books. I find the work I do at the Town Clerk’s Office spills over into other aspects of my life, furthering my appreciation of local history. I completed a research project on Chelmsford's Town Clerks dating back to 1659.
If there’s one thing that would be very important to know about me, it’s that I am a horse person through and through! I enjoy reading, listening to music, as well as watching movies and TV. My favorite TV show right now would have to be Homeland, and Bob Dylan is by far my all-time favorite musical artist. I also love walking my dog, who is an eleven year old Westie named Dixie, and spending time with my family and friends.
Fun Fact: Outside of school I have been an avid equestrian for eleven years now, riding at several local barns throughout the years!
