This year's holiday season kicks off with the annual Holiday Prelude tree lighting at the common, as well as other holiday festivities on the first Sunday in December. Festivities will be from 4pm to 6pm, with the tree lighting at precisely 5pm.

Winterfest activities begin at the Library on the first Friday in February. Local groups sponsor many winter-related festivities throughout the Town over the course of the weekend. As soon as the schedule is set, the Chelmsford Public Library will post a link to the Winterfest Schedule of Activities. Think Snow!!
