Street Light Outages
To report a problem with an existing street light, please either fill out a request by clicking this link or call the Public Facilities Department at (978) 244-3379. It would be most helpful to include the address or cross streets where the pole is located and the pole number.

Trees
For trees overgrowing and in danger of falling onto utility wires contact National Grid at:  1-800-322-3223.  This is their customer service phone number.  They will log this into their computer and an arborist will process the request. 

All other tree requests (i.e., Town trees that are in decline and/or posing a hazard and may need to be trimmed/removed) should be directed to the Engineering Division at 978-250-5228.
