The Fourth of July Parade Committee is appointed by the Town Manager. This Committee plans the parade which is sponsored by the Chelmsford Business Association. Follow the link below for more information.

The Celebrations Committee is appointed by the Board of Selectmen. This Committee plans and carries out the three-day Fourth of July celebration in Chelmsford. This includes working with the Parade Committee on the Fourth of July Parade, planning the band concert, art festival, and county fair.
